Payment
All prices include VAT at the current rate where applicable.
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard or Maestro credit or debit cards. We are sorry but we can't accept payment by American Express. Your payment will normally be processed at the point of order.

We use Sage Pay to collect/process transaction information' and provide link to our security policy at http://www.sagepay.co.uk/
We hope you are delighted with your goods. Please examine your order when it arrives and let us know if there are any problems or discrepancies.
Every product supplied will have passed our high quality standards, but if you have any problem please contact our Customer Services team, who will be happy to assist.
Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of gift vouchers, or personalised products that have been made to order, unless the item is faulty.
We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office for any returned items, as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us. We will promptly exchange the item or give you a full refund if preferred.
Please note: we will only refund the return postage charge paid if you have been sent the incorrect goods or they are faulty or damaged. We regret that if items are sent back using 'special delivery' or 'signed for' we may not be able to refund the whole cost. If you are returning a large or heavy parcel (over 2kg) please contact us first, as we may suggest that we arrange for it to be collected.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
